From one dinner to a movement
What started as a shared table in 2016 has grown into a community-wide effort to connect people through food, culture and skill-building.

Community Kitchen Cooperative Kitchener Waterloo is incorporated as a nonprofit co-operative.
2017
Our first community dinner brings together more than 200 guests.
2018 to 2025
Community dinners, cooking workshops, demonstrations and food projects continue throughout Waterloo Region.
Today
We continue to bring people together through food, cooking, culture and community, and as a food producer incubator, help people build skills and relationships.
